Vintages Wine Panel: A beautifully balanced Merlot from Chile’s geographical mid-point. Blackberry, cherry, mocha, blueberry, vanilla and menthol all come to the fore. Dry, rich and appealing with mid-palate acidity giving the wine a nice liveliness. A ready-to-drink style. My note: Minty note mingle with coffee, anise, blackberry, and black plum on the nose. The wine opens with great fruit extraction and concentration on the palate. The perfect wine for nights on your own or when your date is running late.

Merlot food pairings: barbecued back ribs, steaks, sausages, steak fajitas.
