Reviews and Ratings

The grapes were harvested in early September 2007 at 19.5 brix to capture the racy acidity.

Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, this wine underwent whole grape cluster pressing in the traditional style followed by a stainless steel ferment at 15C to preserve all the flavour. After secondary fermentation in the bottle, Tribute laid "en tirage" for 16 months before it was hand riddled and disgorged.

Tribute was created to honour world class athletic performance as it takes centre stage at the Vancouver 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games. Crafted in the traditional "methode classique", this wine captures fresh citrus aromas with zesty apple flavours on the palate. This commemorative wine reflects perfection at its peak.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
