From the Niagara Peninsula wine region, Sue-Ann Staff Mountain Bell 2018 Merlot is named after the Staff's family "mountain bell," a very rare cold-weather bell made in Birmingham England in 1869. Look for rich blackcurrant, dark cherry and smoky, spiced plum on this dry, full-bodied, velvety red. The wine was matured 20 months in French oak barrels. Pour with a crown roast of pork.

Merlot food pairings: roast pork, root vegetable casserole, grilled crispy pork belly.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
