Vibrant and invigorating with classic Sauvignon nettle and green citrus. A touch grassy but not overly so. Clean and fresh: a terrific match for vegetarian dishes, including grilled vegetables.

Reviews and Ratings

Kristin Perrin rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Cantaloupe / honeydew melon / lemon-lime / minerality; the palate has a lovely salty-briney flavour

Greek Salad with Kalamata olives might fall in love with this little number.
Terry Jeans - Certified S rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Light gold, aromatic, citrus/lemon, dried tropical fruit, minerality with high acid and a lighter herbaceous finish. Highly recommended with veggie dishes- a light stir-fry on the grill perhaps.
Chris Coughlin - WSET level 3 grad rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Good example here of Ontario Sauvignon Blanc with aromas and flavours of: lemon-grass, banana, citrus and some floral notes, mouth watering acidity, would go nicely with grilled fish salads.
Craig Kuziemsky rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Herbal and honeydew aromoas with citrus and melon flavors on the palate.
Sean O'Regan - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

June 22, 2014: Pale yellow, honeydew melon, floral/herbal note, fennel, apricot. Light body, this starts with green pear, citrus lemon and leads to a long gooseberry finish. A good choice for green salad with goat cheese, apple and candied pecans.
Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Refreshing green herbal citrus and slight vegetal aromas, echoed on palate. Mouth-watering acidity.
Douglas McMillan rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Lemon and gooseberry with a touch of straw and green bean. Nice bright acidity without overpowering the taste. Would pair well with green salad.
Courtney Flood rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

Very light and refreshing wine. The aromas have a touch of sweetness, with honeydew melon and pear, but the flavor is light and crisp with green apple, plenty of minerality and touch of fresh herb. Would go well with a fresh green salad or grilled asparagus.
Martha Kelly AIWS - CS rated this wine as 81/100 with the following review:

Reserved for a Sauvignon Blanc, this wine has aromas and flavours of apple, lemon, chamomile, and a hint of white pepper. Refreshing and simple.
Drink now.
Pair with grilled veggies and summer salads.
Date tasted: June 2014.
