Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: roasted eggplant, fajitas, seafood risotto, roast pork tenderloin.

Reviews and Ratings

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Aromas of licorice, black currant, black spice, smoke, and leather. Full bodied and smooth on the palate, with bright acidity, vibrant bright red fruit, and a bit of spice and leather on the finish. Enjoy with grilled pork.
Courtney Flood rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

This wine is medium-full bodied an juicy – raspberry, blackberry and a backdrop of cinnamon and black tea. Very limited production, only 40 cases, makes this wine special. Great pairing for a ratatouille.
L.J. Palmer WSET 3 rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Deep ruby coloured, almost opaque, dry red wine. Pronounced fruit aromas of blackberry, cassis, black currant with a hint of liquorice. The wine has a pleasant fruity and fresh taste of blackberry, black currants and cassis with a cedar edge. This could be a sipper or a good accompaniment to grilled meat.
Wineboy rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Lovely lifted nose of cassis and roses. Fruit up front that has a certain sweet core, and finish of tannins that should evolve to a fantastic texture beyond where it's at now. Really good wine.
