Reviews and Ratings

Malcolm Lamont - WSET Adv, CSW rated this wine as 95/100 with the following review:

It has been observed that Icewine ages rather quickly, but I find this 2013 Strewn red Icewine to be evolving beautifully, and may continue to do so for 5-8 years in a good cellar!

Still lots of red fruit (strawberry, rhubarb), and a nice tertiary (developing aroma) characteristics of dried leaf, caramel and leather.

Bravo Strewn!
Colin McKone - Sommelier rated this wine as 93/100 with the following review:

Amber in colour with aromas of honey, strawberries and raspberry. It is lusciously sweet with well balanced acidity. It has flavours of candied strawberries drizzled in honey. This will go well with cheesecake, creme brûlée or chocolate desserts. Tasted on November 17, 2019.
Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Lovely icewine with beautiful balance. Aromas of ripe strawberry, cranberry, honey blossom and caramel. Full bodied, smooth, and luscious on the palate, with jammy berry hints, caramel, honey and a hint of spice. Enjoy with creme brule, or an after dinner cheese plate.
Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Bright coral-red shade with predominantly rhubarb fragrance. Think strawberry-rhubarb pie in a rich, luscious mouthfeel. Pair with creme brulee, shortbread cookies or fruit flan.
Jay Denney rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Showing well at the age of 6. Lots of fruit still in the tank - think strawberry and marionberry. Sweet, but not cloying.
