Gorgeous aromas of lime blossom, gooseberry, pink grapefruit and a delicate hint and finesse of white flowers. Lovely citrus lift throughout: this is not a grassy Sauvignon Blanc. Lots of elegance and refinement yet also beautifully refreshing. Try it with seafood, salads, spinach quiche and vegetarian dishes. Also a mind-blowing aperitif.

Reviews and Ratings

Darlene Myers - CAPS Student rated this wine as 93/100 with the following review:

A few weeks ago I blogged about the Lattitude Pinot Noir from Stoneleigh and recently had the opportunity to try this fabulous Sauvignon Blanc. No surprise that it's an award winning wine. Coming from a section of land called The Golden Mile, this deliciously crisp and fresh wine will awaken your palate. Citrus with a hint of flint, a perfect wine for your favorite salad.
Heather Wall - CS; WSET Advanced rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Pale lemon colour with some zippy acidity makes for a refreshing starter. Apple, lemon zest, tomato leaf, matchstick and flint, with an elegant floral lift. Not over-bearing in the grass components. A long refreshing finish. Very nice Savvy B. Perfect salad wine or summer pool sipper. Serve well chilled.

This New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc won a Gold Medal at the 2014 New Zealand International Wine Show. This vibrant white wine was also chosen as the Champion Sauvignon Blanc at the 2014 Marlborough Wine Show. The grapes for this wine grow in vineyards planted in the Marlborough region's Golden Mile nestled on the Wairau Valley's Rapaura Road. - Community Wine Reviews
