Reviews and Ratings

Pamela Chiles rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

A good-value Californina Chard that opens with ripe tropical fruit and peach and follows through with vanilla, spice and toasty notes. Great with chicken, roast pork, chips and dip...
Monique Sosa - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Clean notes of melon, pineapple baked apple and floral stand out the most. The palate shows a touch of off-dry flavours, a buttery texture and medium plus body with a long fresh tropical fruit finish. Enjoy with baked creamy pesto pasta. Tasted Sept 2016, @sommssosa | bespoketastings.ca
Sylvain Segard rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Lemon gold colour. Rich bouquet of lemon pith, yellow apples, toasted butter, and blanched almonds. Medium-full mouthfeel with watery acidity cutting through some residual sugar. Tastes of tart apples, buttered popcorn, with an edge of yeast and herb bitterness. Pairs with risottos or chicken with cream sauce.
Emilie Ryan rated this wine as 80/100 with the following review:

Strong, toasty notes…
Presentation: Simple, plain label with a geometric feel
Appearance: Clear, pale, lemon-gold colour
Nose: Clean, pronounced nose with notes of popcorn, honey, yeast, honeydew melon
Taste: Dry, medium body, high acidity, low tannins, notes of popcorn, cantaloupe, lemons, minerals
Finish: Long finish, with enduring popcorn notes
Overall impression: An easy-to-drink Chardonnay, strong on the toastiness/popcorn. Should be good for chicken or risotto dishes.
Value: 4/5
