This full-bodied red wine offers attractive aromas of cassis and blackcurrant wrapped in just the right amount of toasty oak. This is a terrific price for such quality, especially California cabernet. Try it tonight with a hearty meat.

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: rare steak.

Very Clean and smooth, good value
Community Reviewer reviewed this wine as follows:

Black berry fruit and ripe cherries leap from the glass supported by toasty vanilla and cocoa. Full and fleshy across the mid-palate, dark fruit reigns, balanced with good acidity and bright cherry notes. Smooth, fruit driven tannins cradle the finish.

An elegant Cabernet Sauvignon with an approachable fruit profile.

A majority of the grapes come from our estate vineyards along the Central Coast.

We blended in small amounts of Merlot and Syrah for depth and complexity.

In 2011, the cooler weather resulted in longer hangtimes for complex flavors and good balancing acidity.
California's central coast is the most diverse wine region in the state, featuring cool, foggy nights and warm sunny days, the result is fruit-forward wines. Enjoy with boldly flavoured foods. Source: Winery
