Holy acidity, but there's also fleshy sweet peach and pear. Gorgeous dichotomy of flavour. Ying and yang wine. Pair with medium curries and spices.

Riesling food pairings: grilled chicken with lemongrass stalk, spicy pasta dishes, grilled salmon with lemon sauce, duck liver pate, baby greens salad with fig dressing.

Reviews and Ratings

Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 93/100 with the following review:

From old vines in heart of Germany's Mosel Valley, a riesling with subtle citrus and minerality on the nose and an exuberant palate singing with apricot, citrus lemon and slight minerality. Mouth-watering bright acidity and a delicious long lemon/apricot finish.
Try this with foie gras and get happy!
Monique Sosa - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Major fresh orchard fruit, spicy white pepper, a touch of grated ginger and perfumey floral on the nose. Wickedly racey high acidity! Puckering peach apricot and ripe golden delicous apple and lemon honey on the palate. Delicous wine hands down! The finish goes on and on! Pair with anything from Thai curries, jerk chicken or lemon pepper southern fried chicken.
This vibrant German white wine is estate bottled, and the riesling grapes grow on old vines. Light and refreshing with good minerality. Pair with field greens. - Community Wine Reviews
