Grassy, lime-citrus and still great at this price. Lively and zesty with mouth-watering acidity. Wonderful! This is the convenient half bottle size of this popular wine. It goes down slippery fast with terrific refreshment. There's gooseberry and lime zest on the finish. Perfect for salads.

Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: Asian chicken salad, pork tenderloin, grilled radicchio, avocado and papaya Salad.

Reviews and Ratings

Darlene Myers - CAPS Student rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

New Zealand holds the crown for Sauvignon Blanc, and here are one of the reasons why. A crisp Sauvignon Blanc with flavors of bell peppers, grass cuttings with some citrus notes. A great wine for those summer salads.
Andrew Bernardo rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

You have to love this wine for what it is, even if you're not a huge fan of the style. Fresh squeezed lime, gooseberry, slate, and fresh cut grass. Classic Savvy. 89 Points. (ottawawinejournal.com)
