Reviews and Ratings

Deborah Podurgiel WSET IV Candidate - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Produced from organic and biodynamically grown Perle de Csaba grapes sourced from vines planted in 1934. Fresh, citrusy and spertizy *(* on the nose with well-defined honeysuckle, soft citrus, white-fleshed stone fruit, dried quince flavours, tangy on the palate with balanced acidity and a gentle, refreshing fine fizz that lingers on a mineral note. Possibly Ann Sperling's best Vision Series Speritz Pet-Nat yet.

"Pet-Nat" is naturally fermented with wild yeasts, not fined or filtered and is a dry, non-vintage, easy to enjoy bubble at 10% abv! Chilled and enjoyed entirely on its own August 2022.
Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Refreshing and bright, with aromatic notes of white florals, pear, and a touch of citrus. Light bodied and dry with a slight effervescence and fresh citrus notes on the palate. Perfect to enjoy on a late summer afternoon soaking up some sun, with a low 10% ABV, and refreshing bubble. Enjoy with wine lovers and beer lovers alike.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
