Reviews and Ratings

Deborah Podurgiel WSET IV Candidate - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Sperling Pinot Gris 2017 is an organic, estate-bottled PG. Lovely weight and mouthcoating on the palate with peachy, lemon curd, lingering with clean mineral flavours. Just off-dry with refreshing acidity for poached salmon and white sauce dishes, or freshly-steamed freshwater shrimp. Chill and enjoy now.
Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Crisp and refreshing! Aromas of pear, lemon and almost a hint of spice. Vibrant acidity on the palate, medium bodied, with lots of citrus notes and a lengthy finish. Enjoy with any chicken, fish, or seafood, or just on the patio. This is a Certified Organic wine.
