Juicy, round, smooth and ripe with lip-smacking delicious flavours of fleshy ripe black and purple plums. This is so tasty that you'll be tempted not to have food with it, but try a meat lovers' pizza. This wine is made using sustainable viticultural methods.

Food pairings: dried meat platters, steak frites, duck confit, pizza and pasta with red sauce.

Clear and garnet to core. Plum, cedar and a hint of green pepper/ herbs in the nose.Light to medium bodied and so easy on the palate. Flavours of pepper, red cherry, plum, raspberry blending with some alcohol and tannin. Easy to pair this wine with pizzas, pork ribs, beef tacos and stuffed pumpkin Agnolotti with sage brown butter. Drink now to 2 years

Smooth with lots of fruit. Medium full bodied. The tart red berries dominate the finish. Tasted Jan 31/16
Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

Aromas of red fruit and berries, including cherry and raspberry. Smooth on the palate, with the bright red fruit comes through on the palate. Try this with pork tenderloin.
Douglas McMillan rated this wine as 85/100 with the following review:

A red blend with a nice mix of aromas. Raspberry, cherry, and some of the signature Cab Franc green-ness are present. A little grippy tannin on the palate, and flavours of cherry and raspberry. A nice 'house' wine that tends towards a more fruity profile.
