Another terrific vintage of this Niagara organic white wine blend from Southbrook's winemaker Ann Sperling. Pretty, floral white wine blend from Niagara that offers tremendous value and pleasure for the price. Notes of fresh apple blossom and honeydew. This is a blend of aromatic grapes including Vidal (45%) Riesling (43%) and Sauvignon Blanc (12%). Pair with free range chicken, quail and seafood.

Reviews and Ratings

Jon Steeves - Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Bright, pale gold weighing in at a declared 11% ABV and certified organic. Medium bodied white blend with balanced acidity and fruit. Apple and stone fruit persistence with a medium long finish. A crowd pleaser and sustainable choice. Cute labelling with animated animals, trees and vines showing interconnectedness. Tasted 2016 vintage in March 2018. 89 points
Andrea Shapiro rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Organically grown and biodynamic made, this white blend of Vidal (45%) Riesling (43%) and Sauvignon Blanc (12%) is very well connected, accurately showcasing its name. Pale lemon colour with fruity aromas - honeysuckle, honeydew, peach, apricot, ripe apple and pear. Also touches of petrol and white apple blossom flowers. Fruity flavours that echo elements of the bouquet. Medium acidity and light body and finish with baked apple persistence. Pair with pan-seared scallops and creamy cheeses. - Tasted Dec. 2017
