Wine
The Sonoma Junction Cabernet Sauvignon shows amazing depth of flavor in its core of bright cherry, wild berry, cassis and plum character. You’ll find intriguing hints of star anise and peppery spice weaving through the elegant aromas, persisting through the expansive flavors and lingering on the finish. Smooth, firm tannins and rounded acidity, from in-barrel malolactic fermentation, structure the wine and contribute to the rich and balanced mouthfeel. Enjoy with barbecued steaks and other boldly flavored foods.

Vineyard
Sonoma is world renowned for its wines, but few wine lovers are aware of the amazing diversity that lies within this 200,000-acre appellation, which stretches from the rugged Pacific Coast to the Mayacamas Mountains. Twelve subappellations make up the Sonoma County American Viticultural Area (AVA), each with very distinct mesoclimates, exposures and soils that affect the personality of the grapes. We selected Cabernet Sauvignon from sunny, hillside vineyards in the Dry Creek, Knights Valley and Sonoma Valley AVAs and Merlot from the Alexander Valley AVA to give this wine its complexity of flavors.
