Reviews and Ratings

With their unique cascading foliage, the Sabrevois vines are the most beautiful in our vineyard, and their grapes explode with sweetness when you bite into them. Blending them with our Frontenac Noir produces this deep ruby wine with aromas of rich blackcurrant, dark cherry and cinnamon. It’s dry at first has a long fruit finish and pleasant acidity. This blend compliments the striking characteristics of both grapes delivering a wine that pairs beautifully with rich flavours like bacon, caramelized onions and mushrooms. We’re proud to add this vintage to our vineyard’s legacy and we hope you enjoy drinking it, as much as we enjoyed growing and making it.
