Vintages Wine Panel: Family owned and operated, Fairhall Downs holds a “small is beautiful” philosophy. They specialize in quality single-vineyard wines, such as this enticing Sauvignon Blanc. Ripe and juicy, this wine showcases lovely citrus, guava and field grass aromas and flavors. My note: Zesty notes of lime, grass, white grapefruit and white peach. Refreshing on its own as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to many dishes.

Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: rich seafood dishes, spicy curries, vegetarian dishes, quiche, salads.

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
