Fantastic for the money! Full-bodied with a streak of acidity that holds together the fleshy dark fruit flavours. Full-bodied and layered.

Shiraz food pairings: marinated steaks, mild Thai beef curry.

Reviews and Ratings

Iliyan rated this wine as 90/100
SMEE: I’ve just had an apostrophe. CAPTAIN HOOK: I think you mean an epiphany. (From the movie Hook, 1991.) While no evidence exists that this wine is a favourite of pirates – fictional or otherwise – the real hook is that at this price, you won’t need to part with many doubloons. Soft, plush, creamy-textured wine delivering a wave of sweet black fruit, licorice spice and rich chocolate pudding. It’s got some body and wears its curves well. Source: Vintages Wine Panel

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
