Winemaker Elena Brooks delivers again and again. This is a spectacular Cabernet Sauvignon from the Barossa valley, lots of cassis, black cherry, cedar spice and savoury herbs on this full-bodied and elegant red. The 2017 vintage was awarded Gold at the 2017 Melbourne International Wine Competition.

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: hearty meat dishes, hard cheese, braised pork shanks with white beans, sizzling New York strip steaks.

Produced by Winemaker Elena Brooks, Sister's Run Bethlehem Block 2016 is a great value, single-vineyard block Cabernet Sauvignon from the Barossa Valley. Lots of fleshy ripe dark cherry, blackberry and dark fruit flavours. Not too heavy -- more meaty and savoury with cedar brush, savoury herb and spice on the palate. Pair with a grilled ribeye steak. This vintage was awarded Gold at the 2017 Melbourne International Wine Competition. - Community Wine Reviews
