Winemaker Elena Brooks delivers again! Juicy, meaty, savoury and mouth-watering. An awesome full-bodied Australian red wine with fleshy dark red and black fruit aromas. Not too heavy, just right. Meaty dishes please. Great price. Finishes with great complexity and concentration of flavour. Pair with spring lamb.

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: hearty meat dishes, hard cheese, braised pork shanks with white beans, sizzling New York strip steaks, veal Asian chicken salad.

Monique Sosa - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Stewed plum and eucalyptus aromas galore! Juicy plummy and berry flavours are prominent with lingering anise and baking spice notes. An absolutely delicious, full-bodied, value-priced and well worthy Aussie Cabernet Sauvignon. Tasted May 2017 by @sommsosa | bespoketastings.ca
Wineboy rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Not too many Aussie reds offer age-ability at this low a price. VEry ripe core of fruit with a solid structure from both acidity and tannins. 3 years.
