A classic Burgundian Chablis! Light, clean, crisp and dry with melon, stone fruit, green apple, citrus zest, pink grapefruit and a chalky mineral flavours on the palate. Racy acidity to pair with oysters on the half-shell please.

Chablis food pairings: prawn bisque, brie fondue, mushroom stuffed chicken breast, oysters, grilled vegetables.
