Natalie's Score: 90/100

The 2006 vintage was a strong one for Bordeaux and Seglas is an excellent producer. However, I believe that this wine is slightly past peak: it's worth buying if you plan to drink it soon, but it's not a cellar candidate. Mature aromas of leather and violets with tanned, dried figs and smoke.

Reviews and Ratings

This is the second wine of Chateau Rauzan-Ségla. The luxury clothing designer and perfumer, Chanel, bought this winery in 1994. The winery was founded in 1661 by Pierre de Rauzan. The 2006 vintage is a robust Bordeaux red wine blend of 52% Cabernet Sauvignon, 42% Merlot, 4.5% Petit Verdot, and 1.5% Cabernet Franc grapes. - Community Wine Reviews

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
