Perfectly balanced, full-bodied, generous chardonnay. Toasted almond, green apple and melon aromas with layers of complexity and a long finish. This is a chardonnay lover's chardonnay. Highly recommended. Pair with roast chicken.

Reviews and Ratings

The term “Dijon clone” in the name here is a reference to the strain of Chardonnay used, which has its roots in Dijon. Lovely aromas of crisp apple, creamy vanilla and toasty oak are embroidered with hints of tropical fruit. Rich, full bodied, with a creamy mouthfeel and a dry, balanced finish.
