Patagonia is the northern most region of the country so with its cool climate in the southern hemisphere. this up and coming wine region produces wines with great acidity and fresh fruit flavours. This medium-bodied Malbec is a great example of this are with its fragrant blue floral aromas, bright blue and blackberry fruit flavours finishing long and zesty with great acidity for food. Enjoy it now in all of its freshness.

Malbec food pairings: roast beef, grilled pork chops, roast paprika chicken.

Saurus 2017 is a serious Malbec from the Patagonia wine region and produced by the Schroeder family. Lots of earthy tones, dark fruit, bright blackberry and dark cherry flavours fresh on the palate. Finishes long and savoury. Enjoy now. - Community Wine Reviews
