Tropical fruit and apple aromas, crisp citrus notes on the palette and a lingering finish. Delightful well balanced effervescence. Not overly dry, not sweet. Great for toasting any celebration! I'd pair this with my favourite 'company' brunch of french toast with cranberries and brie.
Douglas McMillan rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

bright, fresh aromas of biscuit, grapefruit white flower, and minerality. Great acidity, and flavours of green apple and white grapefruit. A very refreshing wine to complement nearly any occasion.
Gwen Barton rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Fresh, clean, vibrant acidity. Generous aroma and flavours of peach, flower blossom , apple and melon. Dry- but Detected a hint of sweetness in the finish. Enjoy with smoked salmon and shrimp in a puff pastry.
Andrew Bernardo rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

I've been a big fan of this sparkler since it was released. It's not piggybacking on a name, it's a serious, DOCG Superiore. It features aromas and flavours of lemon zest, white peach, flowers, hay, and yellow apples. Minerally and fresh. 91 Points. (www.ottawawinejournal.com) Tasted Feb 2016
Caitlin Coleman rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Such a fizzy treat at an affordable price! Lots of lemon zest, apricot and peach. There is also a savoury nutty aftertaste. Opening this bottle of bubbly is an occasion on its own!
Lori Sweet rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

This is a clear, light yellow, refreshing sparkling wine from northern Italy. Medium fruity aromas. The bubbles are perfect for an aperitif or palate cleanser. Paired well with egg salad and chicken salad.
Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

A terrific Prosecco for toasting or enjoying throughout the meal. Aromas of apples, peach and yeasty notes, with more tree fruit and touch of citrus on palate. Persistent mousse makes this delightful and refreshing. Super as aperitif, with fish or seafood, cheese, potato chips(yes!) or desserts.

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Another great value Prosecco that is versatile and guaranteed to be a crowd pleaser. Tingly, persistent bubbles, aromas of stone fruit and warm citrus on the nose. Slightly creamy on the palate, peach and melon notes come through. Crisp and refreshing, nice clean finish. Always a great choice as an aperitif, or with a wide range of appetizers, canapes or fresh seafood dishes. (Feb 2017). Updated tasting in 2021, same fresh flavours, persistent bubble, and fresh citrus notes. Highly recommended and a great value.
Rachelle O'Connor rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

I really enjoyed this sparkling - it is rich and creamy with delightful bubbles. Aromas and flavors of lemon zest, peach and a hint of toast. Crisp and refreshing with a green apple finish. Wonderful on its own or with light appetizers. A definite crowd pleaser!
(Tasted February 2017)
Mary Anne van Gaal rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

I enjoyed the persistent, fine bubbles in this lovely sparkling wine. It was crisp and dry, with aromas of floral blossoms and light citrus. Flavours of peach lingered through the finish. It was delightful on its own as an aperitif or would be nice for toasting any special occasion. Tasted Feb. 24, 2017.
Pamela Chiles rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Another perennial favourite. Persistent bubbles, fresh, crisp and well-balanced. Apple, lemon, and a touch of toasty nuttiness. Pair this with salumi and olives or salty snacks - perfect!
Greg Hughes rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Fun Prosecco fact: Prosecco is eponymously named for a town near Trieste.  These bubblies are Charmat method, so they are pretty well always a good value, as they're cheaper to produce than traditional sparkling.
Bubbles, here, are decently persistent for a Prosecco. Pale straw colour
Fuji apple, confectioners sugar, and lychee on the nose.
Delicate vanilla, creme fraiche, lemon, and more fuji apple on the palate. Good acidity and freshness.
Sparkling makes a great movie wine - paired with popcorn or potato chips.
DOCG instead of DOC prosecco indicates that it comes from a more selective part of the appelation allowed to the term Prosecco. The hills within the DOCG area steep amd generally have to be hand harvested
Jon Steeves - Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

This wine is platinum colour with fine persistent bubbles and 11.5% ABV, a Prosecco Valdobbiadene Superiore Brut. This wine is a delicate and floral expression of the Glera varietal. Well balanced, this wine offers aromatics of crisp apple, apple blossom, stone fruit, minerality and a hint of tropical guava fruit. A refreshingly differentiated expression of Glera varietal from a premium producer of Prosecco. Great crowd-pleasing bubbly for festive occasions with or without food. Recommend enjoy within a year of purchase.
Sylvain Segard rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Bright pale white straw colour. Lively fine bubbles. Citrus pith, lime, peaches and spicy flower aromas. Delicious medium-full mouthfeel. lasting gentle acidity with a white peach finish. Enjoy it now as an apéritif or with fine cheeses or seafood. Score 89. (Reviewed Feb. 24, 2017).
Cherie Cole rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Refreshing and creamy with aromas and flavours of lemon, stone fruit and toast. Lively with a long, citrus finish. Pair with shellfish. Tasted November 27, 2016.
David Skinner rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Pale straw and plentiful bubbles. Apples, citrus and floral fragrances with a hint of freshness like a soft breeze after a thunderstorm. Plenty of mousse and a luscious mouth feel and high acidity. Mostly citrus and some stone fruit on the palate. A medium finish. A solid performer and good value.

Great with cheese or on its own. Perhaps a limoncello Bellini would be a cocktail that would make excellent use of this style of prosecco.
Matt Steeves - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Santa Margherita's Brut Prosecco Superiore is a terrific option when looking for a refreshing sparkling wine. Made from 100% Glera grapes, this Prosecco has lively bubbles with crisp pear and white peach aromas and a delicious apple finish persisting on the refreshed palate. Great for pairing with rich appetizers, and makes a terrific 'spritz' which is ideal in the summer sun. Tasted February 2017. 89 points. Matt Steeves - www.quercusvino.ca
Dianne Sheridan - Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Begin and end your meal with this DOCG Prosecco. Lemon, citrus, grapefruit, peach with a hint of toastiness. Vibrant bubbles, good acidity with a touch of minerality. Clean, crisp, dry finish. Made the Charmat method with a second fermentation in the tank.

Enjoy with appetizers, seafood.

Daniel O'Keefe rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

A pleasant bouquet shared by aromas of apple, pear, lemon, citrus, peach, melon, and brioche. Dry with lively effervescence, a light body, and crisp acidity. A happy and easy going bubbly perfectly content to be served alongside salty snacks, charcuterie, and many appetizers.
Andrea Shapiro rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Pale lemon coloured with light delicate fine effervescence. The bouquet consists of green apple, pear and green bean with a hint of toasted almonds and freshly baked bread. Flavours are lively featuring pink grapefruit, key lime, lemon zest, and nectarine with a touch of stony salty minerality. Medium acidity, light body and finish with chalky sea salt and chive freshness persisting. Light and refreshing. Off dry with a touch of pickled ginger sweetness. Pair with teriyaki shrimp or honey glazed ham.
Colin McKone - Sommelier rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Sparkling and pale straw in colour with aromas of white citrus, lychee and passion fruit. Off-dry, light bodied and effervescent with flavours of white grapefruit and tropical fruit. Enjoy on its own as an aperitif or with seafood dishes.
Monique Sosa - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Clean moderate intensity aromas and flavours include notes from citrus (grapefruit), floral and guava. This bubbly is off-dry and light bodied with a long crisp finish. Enjoy now; aging is not necessary. Pair with smoked salmon. Tasted Nov 2015.
Simon Chen rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

This one is a more fruity sparking wine. I love the bubbles that is bold and lively but the wine is a bit too sweet for me.
Emilie Ryan rated this wine as 85/100 with the following review:

A good palate cleanser…
Presentation: An upscale label that wouldn’t be out of place on a marble counter top
Appearance: Pale lemon
Nose: A medium nose with notes of popcorn, nuttiness, melon, citrus rind
Taste: Intense, sharp, effervescent bubbles with citrus rind flavours
Finish: Short finish
Overall impression: A good sparkling wine to cleanse the palate.
Value: 4/5
Cora Beaulieu rated this wine as 85/100 with the following review:

This wine is a very pale green color. With pear, apple skin, lemon, pink grapefruit, floral, nutty (mainly almond), mild spicy garlic flavours, earthy and mineral aromas. Barely off dry brut style with fine mousse, maybe a little on the sweet side and syrupy. Tastes of delicate stone fruit, apple, pear and juicy peach. Good length, sugary sweetness on the finish. Like all Prosecco’s, this one will pair remarkably well with food. [Tasted Feb/2017]
