Reviews and Ratings

Andrea Shapiro rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Scrumptious and spicy! Strawberry, raspberries, smoky red and green bell peppers with jalapeño heat and earthy herbs in the back. Acidity is zesty, medium bodied with significant, alluring tannins. A wonderful complement to spicy grilled ribs. 90 points - tasted August 2018
Julian Park rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Grapes are from the Lost Horn Vineyard. Aged 13 months in French Oak, 20% new. A bold red with black cherry, blackberries, tobacco, toasted oak, smooth tannins and a long lingering finish.
Jon Steeves - Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Well balanced, inky, smooth, blackberry, savoury, dry, fruit forward. Medium acidity, medium plus body. Paired well with thin crust pepperoni pizza. Tasted 2016 vintage in August 2018. 89 points
