A lovely Oregon Pinot Noir with racy acidity that's ideal for seafood or roast chicken. Medium-bodied, supple, smooth and juicy. Aromas of dark berries and mocha.

Pinot Noir food pairings: lamb shanks in red wine and roasted garlic, grilled lamb lollipops, stuffed lamb tenderloin.

Reviews and Ratings

Melanie Lloyd - Certified Sommelier reviewed this wine as follows:

Aromas of candied orange zest, pineapple, lemon, almond, and loads of minerality.
Flavours of pineapple, lemon, clementine, mineral notes, and almond at the finish. It is dry, creamy, opulent and is wonderfully tart. Absolutely delicious!

Tasted July 2018
Roserock Zéphirine 2014 is a medium-plus bodied Pinot Noir. Roserock vineyard lies at the southern tip of the Eola-Amity Hills, in Oregon’s Willamette Valley. Here, ancient volcanic soils, good elevation and the cooling effect of the Van Duzer corridor produce classic cool-climate Pinot Noir. Roserock is LIVE-certified sustainable. Look for juicy plummy, chocolate and savoury spice flavours on the palate. Great acidity for food. Drink now and pair with grilled rosemary garlic lamb chops. - Community Wine Reviews
