Natalie's Score: 87/100

A vibrant County rose wine with not overly tart cran-cherry aromas and flavours. Medium-bodied and smooth with a nice juicy flavour. This rose is a blend of 80% Gamay and 20% Pinot Noir grapes. Pair with grilled seafood.

Food pairings: raw and lightly cooked seafood, like raw seared tuna and also try it with goats’ cheeses.

Reviews and Ratings

Donna Hargrove rated this wine as 86/100 with the following review:

A deliciously fruity rose with just the right amount of tartness on the finish. Delicious paired with delicately flavoured white fish.
The Gamay was fermented cold on the skins for 72 hours before being pressed cold and fermented to dryness. The Pinot Noir was a saignee, or running off of Pinot Noir juice after pre-fermentation cold soaking from selected lots of fruit from our West Block planting.
