Reviews and Ratings

Dianne Fisher - Sommelier, ISG rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

This Chardonnay is barrel fermented and aged in oak for 10 months. What stands out is a an exciting and consistent stream of PEC minerality, from nose to palate with a lingering persistence. Refreshing with balanced acidity and notes of honey, pear, peach and vanilla.
Sean O'Regan - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Jan 28, 2014: Pale yellow with the nose expressive of lime and flint, ripe apple and some tropical notes. Medium full bodied, creamy, hints of oak, with citrus, apricot and PEC minerality. Mouthwatering acidity and a long citrus finish echoing the minerality. Excellent by itself and a good pairing for pasta in white cream sauce.
Winemaker Dan Sullivan delivered impressive ripeness with this 2010 chardonnay from Prince Edward County. And it’s beautifully balanced – full-bodied and round, with a buttery quality and flavours of peach and tropical fruit lifted by mouth watering acidity. Crowd-pleasing and complex. Score: 90.
