From Vouvray in the Loire wine region, Raimbault Bel-Air 2019 is a refreshing and crisp Chenin Blanc sparkler, bone-dry and racy with fresh white florals, apple, pear, white-fleshed nectarine, lemon zest and flinty mineral flavours on the palate. Chill and enjoy with poached trout in a lemon beurre sauce.

Vouvray food pairings: grilled chicken, green salads, shellfish.

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
