Reviews and Ratings

Stephen Andrews reviewed this wine as follows:

A gift to the wife from our daughter and son in law. Tatsted March 11th 2017 the same day we tasted cake bread cellars 2013. A nice nose berry and perfume aromas. Vanilla.
The palate reminds me of blackberry and the tannins still can soften over time. Very nice wine and very much appreciated. Given a choice I would favour the Symmetry.
From California's Alexander Valley, a fabulous Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Merlot and Cabernet Franc blend, full-bodied with lush, ripe blackberry and small black fruit, herbs, cigar box, dark chocolate and a lengthy vanilla, mineral finish. There is a refreshing acidity on the wine and tannins are quite firm; the wine could mellow and mature in cellar for about five years to reach its full potential and to develop its Symmetry. - Community Wine Reviews
