Petrol peach perfection! Love, love, love. Off-dry but the natural fruit sweetness is balanced by the zesty acidity. I am buying a case. Pair with happiness and light seafood.

Riesling food pairings: light curries, fresh steamed crab legs, salmon cakes with spring onion.

Reviews and Ratings

Jon Steeves - Sommelier rated this wine as 93/100 with the following review:

Gorgeous mouthwatering acidity, zesty lime, plump peach, typicity of petrol and wet stone. Well balanced. Pairs well with Thai, Asian fusion dishes and rich baked crab-stuffed salmon steaks. Tasted 2014 vintage in Nov 2017. 93 points. #Bespoketastings
Wineboy rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Gorgeous nose featuring wet stone and lots of fruit forwardness on the palate. The noted sugars balance and virtually hide all the acidity. This leaves us with a very rich styled Riesling.
From Twenty Mile Bench in the Niagara Escarpment wine region, Rockway Vineyards Block 150-183 (2014) Riesling is fresh lime and pink grapefruit on the nose with a flinty, mineral, ripe stonefruit on the palate. This is a juicy Riesling with a touch of sweetness - a perfect pairing for light and mild vegetable curries. - Community Wine Reviews
