Reviews and Ratings

Deborah Podurgiel WSET IV Candidate - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Love this fresh, fresh Pinot Gris from Roche Wines. Dry, medium-bodied, silky smooth and generous with cut pear, Ambrosia apple, peach, nectarine, soft citrus and minerally flavours juicy, long and satisfying on the palate. Chill and enjoy anytime on its own or with spring greens topped with freshly steamed and chilled freshwater shrimp. Grapes for Vig PG 2022, were organically farmed, hand-harvested, whole cluster pressed and fermented in stainless-steel tank. Tasted April 2023.

The Vig line of wines stands for "Vignerons grow grapes and make wine” and the labels for the 2022 vintage showcase the artwork of Marina Billinghurst who is from Penticton, British Columbia. The label also honours the French tradition of supporting the arts and the Roche family of vignerons have collaborated with Canadian artists to create the Vig collection.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
