What an exquisite Australian Riesling! Lovely aromas of lemon and lime sunshine with just a hint of white flowers underneath and the great kind of flint stone and petrol (trust me). Fresh and crisp. Perfect for seafood. Pair with vegetarian dishes.

Riesling food pairings: roast chicken, grilled chicken with lemongrass stalk, spicy pasta dishes, turkey.

Reviews and Ratings

Heather Wall - CS; WSET Advanced rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

An elegant Australian Riesling produced by an acclaimed craftsman Robert Oatley. Familiar notes of petrol and burnt matchstick combine with lemon, green apple, floral and peach. Extended citrus finish preps the palate for more!
Light-bodied with refreshing acidity make this food-friendly and approachable. Perfect on it's own as an aperitif or paired with spicy sausage on the BBQ, grilled and seasoned chicken, seafood.
Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

From W Australia, this dry Riesling shows citrus zest and minerality on nose, bright peach, lemon zest and minerality on the crisp palate. Zippy acidity and a long citrus mineral finish-89
This Australian white wine is a blend of Riesling grapes from three different regions in Southwestern Australia within a 80-90 kilometre range of each other. Winemaker Larry Cherubino has created a racy, steely, dry wine with a deep core of minerality. - Community Wine Reviews
