Great roundness and juiciness to the fruit with notes of blackberry, plum and mocha. Full-bodied and ever so supple. Perfect for a dinner party.

Reviews and Ratings

Darlene Myers - CAPS Student rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

This is a good expression of a California Cabernet Sauvignon. Winemaker Rick Boyer did a good job making a good Cab at a great price. Blackberry and plum flavors rounded out with a smooth oak finish, this is another great wine that will go with most grilled meats. I think this is a great hamburger wine.
Leila Kerr rated this wine as 89/100
Craig Kuziemsky rated this wine as 86/100 with the following review:

Easy drinking if not overly complex cabernet sauvignon. Lots of blueberry on the nose with black fruit and raspberry flavors that offer a hint of licorice on the finish.
Shelley Harris rated this wine as 86/100 with the following review:

A lovely Cabernet Sauvignon, full of blackberry and plum flavours. I would choose this wine to complement a meal of grilled chicken with a mixed side of grilled eggplant, zucchini, onions and portabellos, all garnished with a reduced balsamic glaze.
Community Reviewer reviewed this wine as follows:

the dark cherry, berry and chocolate aromas and flavours characteristic of high-quality California Cabs. With seamless structure, velvety tannins, well-integrated oak and rich fruit character—enhanced by the addition of small amounts of Syrah, Merlot and Petite Syrah
