Reviews and Ratings

From Oakville, Napa Valley, Robert Mondavi 2015 Fumé Blanc is ripe white stone fruit, lemon and lime blossom and dried light herb and yoghurt flavours on the palate. This is a zesty, mouth-watering 86% Sauvignon Blanc and 14% Sémillon white wine blend. Grapes are hand-harvested, whole-cluster pressed, minimizing skin contact to retain freshness and vibrancy in the wine. Ninety per cent of the wine is barrel-fermented in 60-gallon French oak barrels to increase richness and complexity. The blended wine is then barrel aged sûr lie for nine months with bâtonnage to integrate flavours and to develop a creamier mouthfeel. - Community Wine Reviews

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
