Petrol, wet river stone, love. Outboard motor on a lovely lazy summer's day ... trust me, this is a great thing. Close your eyes. Have I ever led your astray? Drink. Peach stone. Stop thinking.

Riesling food pairings: roast chicken, spicy pasta dishes, shrimp tempura, grilled salmon with lemon sauce, duck liver pate.

Reviews and Ratings

Heather Wall - CS; WSET Advanced rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

From the County master comes this stony minerality Riesling. All the familiar varietal notes are present as well - citrus, apple, petrol, wet cement, and white blossoms. True craftsmanship and expression of PEC wine. Serve well chilled. Pair with just about anything your heart desires.
Monique Sosa - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Insanely yummy and mouthwatering! What a treat! Pronounced petrol, lemon zest and fresh peach aromas and flavours. High luscious acidity, light bodied, uber dry.... just give it a try. Not all Rieslings are "sweet". This wine is actually one of the finest examples of bone dry Rieslings. Enjoy with fish tacos!
Matt Steeves - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

A beautiful Riesling that shows such great minerality from the impressive Prince Edward County terroir. Very approachable and well priced, this is a Riesling that is sure to be a crowd favourite. Tasted June 2015. 90 points. Matt Steeves - www.quercusvino.ca
This off-dry Ontario Riesling is produced by one of Prince Edward County's most talented winemakers, Norm Hardie. Visit his winery not just for the wines but also for the homemade outdoor fire oven pizza. Oh yum. - Community Wine Reviews
