Natalie's Score: 90/100

This full-bodied red wine is a blend of about 80% cabernet sauvignon, 17% merlot, 2% Petit Verdot and 1% Cabernet Franc grapes. It offers a long, luscious tunnel of mint-blackberry aromas that whistle up from the glass. Robust and ultra-concentrated: a true red wine for hedonists. Some pepper and dark spice on the finish.

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: prime rib.

Reviews and Ratings

For the 2010 vintage bud break and bloom were late due to a cold, wet spring. Then there was a cool summer so substantial thinning was done throughout. There were 24 lots designated for this wine before blending. - Winery
