Fresh field strawberries on the nose open up to juicy, fleshy strawberry flavours on the palate. Beautifully balanced with acidity that makes this off-dry rose both refreshing and delicious. Finishes with maraschino cherry and nectarine.

Cabernet Rosé food pairings: barbecued chicken, grilled pork, grilled bell pepper sandwiches.

Strawberry candy, raspberry, floral. Beautiful summer sipper. Would go well with grilled trout.
Chris Coughlin - WSET level 3 grad rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

With strawberry and rhubarb aromas, and raspberry jam finish on the palate with a bit of 'heat', I could see sipping this on warm evenings on the back porch, enjoy.
Heather Wall - CS; WSET Advanced rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

Pretty pale salmon colour. Medium +aromas and flavours of strawberry, peach, vanilla, floral, brown sugar. Light bodied and dry with medium acidity that refreshes. Easy drinking and good value summertime sipper.
Serve well chilled. Great with wood oven pizza, grilled salmon, bagel with cream cheese and lox.

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 86/100 with the following review:

Beautiful light pink rose with a sour cherry nose. Also some slightly floral notes on the nose. Dry, with the same tart cherry notes on the palate.
Fortune will smile on your glass with this tasty Niagara rose that's bursting with juicy cherries and light spice. Perfect with salsas, chutneys and cold cuts and pate. - Community Wine Reviews
