Gorgeous and rich aromas and flavours of apricot preserves in this lovely Niagara icewine from Reif. Luscious layers of peach preserves fold over each other across your mouth and then bring on a tide of pleasurable sun-dappled orchard fruit on the finish. Pair with fruit flans and cobblers.

Vidal Icewine food pairings: spice cake, crème brûlée, fruit-based desserts, pastries, fresh field berries in cream.

Reviews and Ratings

Jon Steeves - Sommelier rated this wine as 95/100 with the following review:

Absolutely gorgeous on the eyes, nose and palate. 11% ABV. Brilliant golden. Bold, deeply concentrated, great complexity. Full bodied, mouthwatering acidity. Layers of ripe peach, orange Marmelade, honey. Pairs well with crème brûlé and is easily enjoyable on it's own. Tasted 2015 vintage in July 2017. 95 points. BespokeTastings
Monique Sosa - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 94/100 with the following review:

Absolutely heavenly! Aromas show clean concentrated candied orange, apricot preserve and honeycomb notes leading the way to scrumptious jammy peach, apricot, orange marmalade notes. Enjoy with hard or aged cheeses. Tasted July 2016 by @sommsosa | bespoketastings.ca
