An incredibly great price for such a juicy, full-bodied, full-flavoured red wine blend of Cabernet and Merlot! Fleshy ripe black plums and berries on the nose of this robust, dry Niagara red wine. Pair with grilled meats and barbecued anything.

Cabernet Merlot food pairings: Italian-style pastas, grilled meats, pizza, grilled vegetables, stuffed peppers.

Reviews and Ratings

Jon Steeves - Sommelier rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Full-bodied, juicy red berry fruit and tart black currant. Pair with braised or BBQ red meats. Tasted 2015 vintage in July 2017. 88 points
Ripe clean fruit was crushed and fermented on the skins for 15 days. Wines were made individually and the final cuvee was crafted after wines completed malolactic fermentation. The fermentation and aging was done in large stainless steel vats. The blend follows our vineyard plantings, 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 37 % Merlot and 18% Cabernet Franc.
