From Napa Valley, California, Raymond Reserve Selection 2021 is a full-bodied, unfiltered red wine blend of 91% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Petit Verdot and 1% each of Malbec and Merlot with over 18 months ageing in barrel. Fragrant with earthy violets, it is richly layered with blackberry, cassis, plum, anise, minty and cocoa flavours generous on the palate. Complex and expressive, enjoy this Napa Valley Cab through 2036 with grilled red meats.

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: steak, stew, bison, venison, boar.
