What depth, length and intensity: wow! This is Pinot Plus... the plus is hard to describe, but you know when you taste it. Tempestuous black cherries and dark spices mingle with your senses. There's a meaty note in the middle that makes this a robust Pinot, but nonetheless balanced and satin-smooth.

Pinot Noir food pairings: grilled or planked salmon, pork, roast chicken or turkey, duck breast, heirloom beets, mushroom risotto.

Reviews and Ratings

Dark brooding plum and cherry stone aromas mingle with exotic spice. This leads into a rich and dense palate characterized by firm supple tannins and a gamey complexity. With long term cellaring, this Pinot Noir will reveal earthy notes and more mature fruit. Very cellar worthy with aging potential of up to 8 years.
