Jon Steeves - Sommelier rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Crisp, full bodied, well-balanced, medium plus acidity. Grannysmith apple, vanilla bean strudel, pear, savoury. Paired well with bbq cedar plank salmon and fresh veggies. Tasted 2016 vintage in May 2018. 91 points. Great value. #Okanagan
Quail's Gate 2016 Chardonnay is simply gorgeous with its ripe apple and fresh baked bread on the nose. On the palate, this Chard is dry, full-bodied with ripe yellow apple, nut butter, smoke and oak spice on the palate. Finishes long with lemon custard and more buttery flavours on the palate. Excellent vintage. - Community Wine Reviews
