A juicy and mouth-filling Chardonnay with full-bodied weight and excellent balance. Lovely ripe mango and peach aromas with some lemon zest on the finish. A wine to tickle (and caress) your tastebuds.

Chardonnay food pairings: creamy seafood risotto or a sweet corn and potato chowder.

Reviews and Ratings

The rich clay and gravel soils offer mineral influences, giving the wine interest and complexity. The 2008 growing season provided an excellent balance of cool temperatures with good heat when needed. This gives our wine great balance and acidity. Our Chardonnay is 35% tank fermented and 65% barrel fermented in 20% new French and American oak for 10 months.

The 2008 Chardonnay is crisp and fresh. Lemon zest and melon leap out of the glass, while the oaked portion is discreet but offers structure and creaminess with a hint of butter and caramel.
