The 2017 vintage of the robust Trail Boss Cabernet is perfect for barbecued hamburgers and meats.

From Paso Robles, California, Purple Cowboy Trail Boss 2016 is a full-bodied and juicy Cabernet Sauvignon with ripe dark fruit, black cherry, vanilla and sweet spice flavours on the palate. Very approachable now, tannins are velvety and there is good acidity for food to pair it along with grilled beef long ribs.
