Reviews and Ratings

Melanie Aubert rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Sweet raisins, fig, honey and candied orange make this sweet Hungarian tokaji the affordable alternative to sauternes. Good acidity. Serve with foie gras or apple pie.
The best known dessert wine from Hungary is Tokaji Aszù from the region of the same name. You'll note on this dessert wine label, it denotes the number of "Puttonyos": which goes from 3 to 6, with the higher the number, the sweeter the wine. Pair with blue cheese. - Community Wine Reviews
