Prinsi Gaia Principe 2016 Barbaresco is a full-bodied, tannic 100% Nebbiolo brought up in marl, clay and silty soils of the Piedmont wine region. The wine was aged 30 months in French oak barrels (225 and 500 litres). Loads of dark fruit, pepper and spicy flavours with a smoky vanilla finish. Pour with roasted and braised meats. Good now, better in 2023.

Barbaresco food pairings: meat lover's pizza, grilled game sausages, roast goose.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
