This Niagara rose is a blend of Chardonnay and Merlot grapes. It has sweet fleshy flavours of sun-ripened strawberries and raspberries. Pair with really spicy or char-grilled dishes to temper the heat.

Reviews and Ratings

Jon Steeves - Sommelier rated this wine as 86/100 with the following review:

The Pink House 2013 vintage of Merlot and Chardonnay varietals is 12.5% ABV yields from the Niagara Peninsula. This wine is copper shaded with a watermelon hue. The wine shows aromas of candied berries, strawberry juice, and nectarines. The palate offers stone fruit, and citrus blood orange with white Lilly floral notes. The mouthfeel is crisp and refreshing with medium plus acidity, medium body. This wine pairs well with poached or grilled white fish and sunshine filled picnics. Recommend enjoying in 2015.
Craig Kuziemsky rated this wine as 83/100 with the following review:

Strawberry and raspsberry notes highlight this light bodied wine. A nice sipping wine for a summer's day.
Jane LeFresne rated this wine as 79/100 with the following review:

A blend of Chardonnay and Merlot grapes with aromas of cherry and raspberry. Flavours of raspberry and strawberry. This is for the wine drinker that likes a little less acidity and more sweetness.
Philippe Perreault - Sommelier rated this wine as 78/100 with the following review:

It's a blend of Chardonnay and Merlot.

Salmon pink color.

Aromas of strawberry and apple.

The wine is fresh, closed and short.

Excellent by its self.

Serve it at 8-10 degrees.

Enjoyable now.
